Nikita is Team Leader of the Intellectual Property and Data Protection practice at White Square.
Nikita specialises in advising on a wide range of intellectual property matters, including licensing, pledging, alienation of exclusive rights to IP objects, processing of personal data, IP registration procedures and advertising. He has the status of a patent attorney, considerable experience in supporting M&A transactions, as well as representing clients before judicial and administrative authorities regarding disputes regarding intellectual property.
