We provide process agent services for cross-jurisdictional transactions where a party does not have a physical presence in the relevant jurisdiction.
A process agent is appointed to receive formal legal documents and contractual notices on behalf of such a party, ensuring effective service in judicial or arbitral proceedings in accordance with applicable procedures. Such appointment is often required under credit facility agreements, ISDA agreements and similar derivative transactions, lease or purchase contracts, bond issuances and other commercial arrangements.
