Vladislav is Team Leader of the Tax practice at White Square. He has extensive experience in advising on corporate and personal taxes, conducting pre-investment tax due diligence, tax structuring of businesses, transactions, and private assets (including using tools such as ZPIF and Personal Fund). He has experience in supporting restructuring in the largest Russian holdings.
Prior to joining White Square, Vladislav worked at leading Russian law firms and one of the Big Four companies.
