Kirill is counsel at White Square, Moscow office.
He specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and direct investments. He also has extensive experience advising on financing transactions, securities offerings and regulations, sanctions, and compliance.
Before joining White Square, Kirill worked at leading international law firms, including Dechert and Chadbourne & Parke, in their Moscow, New York and London offices. In addition to his qualifications in Russian law, he is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is also a qualified Solicitor of England and Wales.
