Ivan is counsel at White Square, Moscow office, PhD in Law.
He is an experienced corporate law specialist, advising on complex Russian and English law private and public M&A transactions, joint ventures, VC, PE transactions and various corporatelaw issues, with a particular focus on the Technology and other IP-heavy sectors. He also has extensive experience advising on international investments, shareholder arrangements, complex cross-border deals, and various IP deals.
Prior to joining White Square, Ivan worked at a leading international law firm Linklaters in their Moscow, London, Abu Dhabi, and Milan offices.
